Do you need to request a change or return an item?

Follow the instructions:

Go with your user in your customer account in our online store www.okaaspain.com.
2.
Select the icon CHANGES OR RETURNS
3.
Choose the Order number on which you want to process a change or a return and choose from the following possibilities:
1/ TO MAKE A SIZE OR COLOR CHANGE, LEFT BUTTON
2/ TO MAKE A RETURN OR MODEL CHANGE RIGHT BUTTON

Follow the instructions on the screen to process your order change or return. Remember that before finalizing the process you can also add an order together with your request for change or return, clicking on the icon Add a purchase before the end of the process, so that we process everything together and receive it in a single shipment.
5.
Please, place the items in their original box, and this in turn inside a closed plastic bag to avoid damage in the transport back. The courier will pick up the shipping label and place it in the plastic bag when you pick it up.
6.
The REIMBURSEMENT of the money will be made within a maximum period of 14 working days from the collection of the package.
The orders delivered to International or Customs area can not be managed directly for changes and / or returns.
