1. DOES OKAASPAIN SHIP WORLDWIDE?

We do ship worldwide, but take into account the following information: our system automatically calculates shipping costs and processes the order to the following countries: SPAIN, PORTUGAL, USA , JAPAN, MEXICO, CANADA, TAIWAN and AUSTRALIA, all the EU countries as well as the non-EU European countries. Check our shipping fees for these countries.

For other countries, please consult the shipping rates in: info@okaaspain.com If you place an order to a location where automatic rates are not generated, it will be held up until we give you the shipping rate and you accept it. We are working to provide you automatic worldwide shipping rates and we hope to have them available soon.

2 . IS OKAASPAIN.COM AVAILABLE IN MULTIPLE LANGUAGES?

The website’s navigation languages are Spanish and English.

3. WHICH BROWSERS SHALL I USE TO CORRECTLY SEE OKAASPAIN.COM?

The site OKAASPAIN.COM is optimized for Microsoft Internet Explorer 9 or higher, Mozilla Firefox 3.5 or higher, Google Chrome and Safari 5 or higher.

4. HOW CAN I BUY IN OKAASPAIN.COM?

To place an order in OKAASPAIN.COM you just have to register as an user and create an account. It’s very easy. You just have to follow these steps:

1 - Choose the product family (Baby, Toddler Girl, Toddler Boy, Moms and Dads or DIY). Then select the category (Espadrilles, Ballet Flats, etc.).

2 - In each category you can see all the products available. Choose the item you're interested in with one click and all the information related to that product will be displayed. You can zoom in the image with one click, or by simply situating the mouse pointer over it, then the image will expand to get better details.

3 - You can get the detailed information on every selected product such as the composition, colors and specific sizes available for that product.

4 - Once you have chosen the product you are interested in, you can add it to the shopping cart. Then you can either continue shopping or completing your order .

5 - Should you want to process your order, you have to specify the address where you want it to be delivered.

6 - Choose the payment method: Visa, Visa Electron,MasterCard, Maestro, American Express, Paypal...

7 - Confirm the order .

8 - Finally, you will receive an order confirmation email.

5. WHAT HAPPENS IF AN ITEM IS SOLD OUT?

If an item is sold out, we’ll replace it ASAP. If you want to know when it will be available again in our online store, we can send you an email by simply selecting "EMAIL", beside the word “sold out” in the product/color/size desired.

If you want to order a large number of pairs, we suggest you to contact us at: info@okaaspain.com and we’ll process your particular order specifically.

6. WILL I GET THE SAME PRODUCT THAT I SEE IN THE PICTURE?

Yes, excepting customized products we make for you, since they are handcrafted and they may suffer some slight variation in their finishes.

7. CAN I GET REGULAR INFORMATION IN MY EMAIL REGARDING THE LATEST NEWS FROM OKAA?

Yes, by simply accessing and subscribing to the NEWSLETTER section you will receive information about looks, news and promotions.

8. CAN I UNSUBSCRIBE AT ANYTIME IN ORDER TO STOP RECEIVING EMAILS FROM OKAASPAIN.COM?

Yes, by accessing the NEWSLETTER section you can unsubscribe at any time quickly and easily.

Furthermore, in compliance with Spanish anti-spam legislation (Law 34/2002 of July the 11th, services of information society and electronic commerce (Servicios de la Sociedad de la Información y Comercio Electrónico LSSI-CE), we will provide you with a link and/or email so you can easily unsubscribe in each newsletter or commercial mail you receive.

9. CAN I RECOVER MY PASSWORD IF I FORGOT IT?.

In the LOG-IN section you can reset your password. For this purpose, you will receive an email with your new password.

10. HOW CAN I MAKE SURE THAT I PLACE MY ORDER CORRECTLY?

Once you complete your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. If after 24 hours you have not received this email, please contact us at info@okaaspain.com

11. IS IT POSSIBLE TO KNOW THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

Yes, in your account go to my order status section and you’ll be able to track the status of you order.

12. WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I GET A DEFECTIVE OR WRONG ITEM?

OKAASPAIN only sells 100% high quality products made in SPAIN, and in perfect condition, so if you exceptionally receive a defective or wrong item, please contact us at info@okaaspain.com and we will solve it as soon as possible.

13.WHAT ARE THE AVAILABLE PAYMENT METHODS TO PLACE MY ORDER?

You can place your order by using the following payment methods:

  • Debit or credit card: VISA, VISA ELECTRON, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS. YOU HAVE TWO OPTIONS TO PAY WITH CREDIT CARD, ONE THROUGH LA CAIXA BANK, OPTION 1, OR THROUGH BANKIA BANK, OPTION 2. Both bank works with all credit and debit cards with safety system.
  • PayPal: PayPal charges an extra 3,4% fee for the use of their service, quantity which will appear in your shopping cart before processing the order if you choose this payment method. When choosing PayPal you’ll be redirected to PayPal, so you can pay with your PayPal account or with your debit or credit card in a fast and safe way, and without sharing any financial information.
  • Bank transfer. Bank transfer will be in €urns and the related commissions/fees will be in charge of the payer.
  • Cash on delivery. THIS PAYMENT METHOD IS ONLY ALLOWED FOR THE PURCHASE OF THE STOCK AVAILABLE IN THE STORE. IT IS NOT ACCEPTED FOR ORDERS OF CUSTOMIZED PRODUCTS OR FOR ORDERS PLACED BY PROFESSIONALS. This payment method has a 3% extra fee for domestic shipping, with a minimum of 1€ and 1% for international shipping, with a minimum of 6,42 € per shipment, if the 1% commission is lower of this amount. THIS PAYMENT METHOD IT IS ONLY VALID FOR SHIPMENTS IN SPAIN, EXCEPT CANARY ISLANDS AND PORTUGAL CONTINETAL.

14. IS IT SAFE TO USE MY DEBIT/CREDIT CARD IN THIS WEBSITE?

Yes. It's the fastest and safest payment method. Data are encrypted and transmitted via the Cyberpac platform of LA CAIXA OPTION NUMER ONE, OR BANKIA OPTION NUMER TWO.

OKAASPAIN at no time has access to these data.

15. THE PRICES, ARE VAT INCLUSIVE?

- All prices in OKAASPAIN include VAT (IVA in Spanish).

- In the case of specific taxes such as those applied in the CANARY ISLANDS, GIBRALTAR, CEUTA, MELILLA and ANDORRA, prices will be shown without VAT and local taxes and customs formalities will be charged at the time of delivery.

- For NON-EU countries orders, the VAT will be deducted from the price.

16. WHICH ITEMS ARE INCLUDED IN THE BILL?

- For Spain, the Balearic Islands and mainland Portugal, the prices stated in the bill before finishing the process of the order include transportation costs only.

- The DUAS (SADs) and local taxes to be generated for the CANARY ISLANDS, GIBRALTAR, CEUTA, MELILLA and ANDORRA, will be charged at the time of delivery. In the shipping rates section we'll give you guidance on the costs regarding customs' Single Administrative Documents (SAD).

- For NON-EU countries, the prices and the final bill include transportation costs only. They do not include the costs of customs, duties or local taxes that may arise.

17.WHERE CAN I GET MY ORDER?

You can receive your order at the address you choose: home, work, holiday place, etc. excepting a P.O. Box. We do not make deliveries on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.
If you want to make a gift, add the shipping address when processing the order.
We can not deliver orders in countries different to those in which the purchase was made.
At the time of delivery of the order, you have to sign the carrier's delivery note and keep a copy of it. This will be essential for you to claim in case the product was damaged during shipping or for any other claim or incidence.

18. HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?

  • To Peninsula, mainland Portugal and the Balearic Islands delivery time is 24/48 working hours from the receipt of the order shipping confirmation mail. All the orders placed after 13.00 PM will take 24 labour WORKING hours more. All the orders place after friday 13.00 PM will be shipped on Monday.
  • For the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, Gibraltar and Andorra, the transit times may be 3/5 working days from receipt of the order shipping confirmation mail.
  • For EU countries:

GERMANY, BELGIUM, SCOTLAND, FRANCE, WALES, THE NETHERLANDS, ITALY, LUXEMBOURG, MONACO, UK, AUSTRIA, AZORES ISLANDS, DENMARK, FINLAND, GREECE, IRELAND, MADEIRA, SWEDEN, BULGARIA, CYPRUS, ESTONIA, LATVIA, LITHUANIA, MALTA and ROMANIA;

the delivery time is 3/5 working days from the receipt of the order shipping confirmation mail.

  • For USA , JAPAN & MEXICO, TAIWAN the delivery time is between 3/5 working days from the receipt of the order shipping confirmation mail.

When your order leaves the stockroom, you will receive an email with an order shipping confirmation.

If you opt for the payment by bank transfer, these periods shall run from the collection of the order or the bank receipt thereof is received.

ORDERS PLACED DURING SALES PERIOD OR PROMOTION PERDOD COULD BE DELAYED THE DELIVERY 72 WORKING HOURS MORE.

19. HOW MUCH DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR THE SHIPPING?

  • Shipping rates for Peninsula, the Balearic Islands and mainland Portugal are free for any purchase.  Shipping rates are free provided the volume of the box does not exceed 150 cm (sum: Length + Width + Height), and 100cm for the Balearic Islands. 20kg maximum weight per shipment. If these measures are exceeded, we will contact you.
  • Shipping rates to ANDORRA encompass:

                       1.Transportation costs: - 9,47€ up to  the first KG. (IN EVERY KG, IS ALMOST 2/3 PAIR OF SHOES DEPENDING ON MODEL AND SIZE). - 10,0 € From 1 up to 2KG. - 10,13€ From 2 up to 3 KG. - 10,31€ From 3 up to 4 KG. -  10,49€ From 4 up to 5 KG.

                 - These costs are always the same provided the volume of the box does not exceed 100 cm (sum: Length + Width + Height). In case these measures are exceeded, we will contact you.

                2. Estimated SAD (Single Administrative Document) paperwork costs (for customs): 24,50 €uros. They will be in charge of the recipient and are payable at the time of delivery.

                       - 9,95€ from 1 up to 2KG.

                       - 12,95€ from 2 up to 3 KG.

                       - 15,95€ from 3 up to 4 KG.

                       - 17,95€ from 4 up to 5 KG.

                      - These costs are always the same provided the volume of the box does not exceed 100 cm (sum: Length + Width + Height). In case these measures are exceeded, we will contact you.

                   2-FROM 14 JANUARY 2015 DUA EXPORTATION customs DOCUMENT IT´S NOT NECESSARY TO BE PAID WHEN A SHIPMENT CAMES FROM PAENINSULA. FROM TWO MONTHS AGO THE DUA OF IMORTATION IT´S NOT NECCESSARY AS WELL TO BE PAID FOR ORDERS BELLOW OF 150 EUROS. In case the order it´s bigger of 150 Euros, The cost of customs DUA document for IMPORT will be around 16,50€, and they will be in charge of the recipient and are payeble at the time delivery.

For the remaining countries, the shipping rates shall be consulted at: logistica@okaaspain.com. They will prepare manually your order to be paid and shipped. We ship worldwide. We are working in order these rates are charged automatically when you place an order for all countries. FOR AREAS THAT ARE CONSIDERED REMOTE ACCESS BY THE CARIER COMPANY, AND MAY INVOLVE AND EXTRA SHIPPING COST TO THOSE INIDCATED AREAS IN FREIGHT RATES, WILL BE COMMUNICATED TO THE FINAL BUYER, IN ORDER TO VERIFY IF THEY WANT TO CONFIRM THE ORDER AND HOW TO PAY THE EXTRA SHIPPING COST BEFORE THE SHIPMENT.

For professional or high volume orders, they will always be managed through logistica@okaaspain.com

Our goal when preparing your order, especially if shipped to a destination outside SPAIN, is to make it as lightweight as possible and to make it arrive in the best possible conditions. So our team will pack it with the utmost care, so that it arrives in optimum conditions, but in order to keep the shipping rates you pay to a minimum as well.
We only work with the best freight forwarders, which warrant us that the customer service at the time of delivery is of the highest quality.

20. WHAT HAPPENS IF THE ORDER ARRIVES WHEN I'M NOT AT HOME OR AT THE ADDRESS I SPECIFIED FOR DELIVERY?

  • If delivery takes place on the Peninsula, mainland Portugal, the Balearic Islands, the Canary Islands, Gibraltar, Andorra, Ceuta or Melilla, the carrier will make a first delivery attempt. In case of failure to deliver the package, the carrier will contact the recipient to make a second delivery attempt. If not able to make the delivery in the second attempt, the package will remain for 15 days in the destination facilities of the freight forwarder. If within this period the recipient has not collected his/her order, the freight forwarder returns it.
  • If delivery takes place on the EU, non-EU European countries, USA, JAPAN, MEXICO, and other countries, the carrier will make three delivery attempts. The driver will, the first failed delivery day, leave the customer a InfoNotice with the information and the phone number should he/she wanted to contact the carrier to arrange a delivery date. If the recipient does not contact the carrier, the driver will re-attempt delivery during two consecutive days. If the package is not finally delivered, it will remain at the facilities of the freight forwarder nearest to the customer's home for 5 days. If after this period the recipient has not contacted the freight forwarder or collected the package, it will be returned to the sender.
  •  In case the recipient is not at the delivery address, the carrier will get in touch with the recipient in order to arrange for a second delivery.
  • If at the time of delivery, you notice the packaging or the seal is damaged, please contact us immediately with the delivery note number

21. HOW CAN I CHANGE A PRODUCT FOR ANOTHER ONE OR RETURN IT?

If you want to change a product for another one or return it, you have to contact us at: info@okaaspain.com. Every return will be managed through the email.
The deadline to change a product for another one or return it is 15 days from the date of receipt of the goods.
To change and/or return products, it is required to show the purchase receipt/invoice which is sent together with the shipping, as well as the delivery note of the product.

If you need to change the size or you want to change the color, or if upon receipt of the order, you are not satisfied, you can return it, provided you do so within 15 days from the date of receipt of the goods. Changes may be made only for the same item in a different size or color.

To accept the changes and/or returns, items must be in perfect condition and not damaged or altered. The return shipping shall be made in the same packaging you received, if not, the item could be depreciated and the total amount to return it should be reduced it.

We won’t accept changes or returns of damaged or used shoes.

We won’t accept changes of customized and tailored ​​products, unless the products you have received have been damaged.

WE DON´T ACCEPT EXCHANGES, RETURNS AND REFUNDS IN SHOCKS AND TIGHTS FOR HYGIENE REASONS. 

After verifying all data, we’ll send the carrier to pick up your package. The company will contact you to arrange the pick up.

Upon receipt of the package at our office, checked its condition and the return approved, we will proceed to refund you the money using the same payment method with which you made the purchase, except order payed by cash on delivery that will receive the refund on bank transfer, and we’ll send you an email telling you that the amount will be paid in a few days.

If the amount of the refund is incorrect, please contact us and we will fix it as soon as possible.

OKAASPAIN RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REFUSE RETURNS COMMUNICATED OR SENT AFTER THE DEADLINE, OR CLOTHING THAT ARE NOT IN THE SAME CONDITIONS UNDER WHICH THEY WERE RECEIVED.

Shipping costs for changes or returns are Free for the Peninsula(Spain and Portugal) and the Balearic Islands, except that the return does not meet the reasons included in the free return policy. In that case the return costs will be in charge of the customer. For the remaining areas and countries, the rates of return are the same as the shipping rates, except that the return or change is due to damage during shipping or the product shipped does not match in pattern or size to your order. In that case OKAASPAIN will be in charge of the costs of return.
