1. DOES OKAASPAIN SHIP WORLDWIDE?
We do ship worldwide, but take into account the following information: our system automatically calculates shipping costs and processes the order to the following countries: SPAIN, PORTUGAL, USA , JAPAN, MEXICO, CANADA, TAIWAN and AUSTRALIA, all the EU countries as well as the non-EU European countries. Check our shipping fees for these countries.
For other countries, please consult the shipping rates in: info@okaaspain.com If you place an order to a location where automatic rates are not generated, it will be held up until we give you the shipping rate and you accept it. We are working to provide you automatic worldwide shipping rates and we hope to have them available soon.

The website’s navigation languages are Spanish and English.

To place an order in OKAASPAIN.COM you just have to register as an user and create an account. It’s very easy. You just have to follow these steps:
1 - Choose the product family (Baby, Toddler Girl, Toddler Boy, Moms and Dads or DIY). Then select the category (Espadrilles, Ballet Flats, etc.).
2 - In each category you can see all the products available. Choose the item you're interested in with one click and all the information related to that product will be displayed. You can zoom in the image with one click, or by simply situating the mouse pointer over it, then the image will expand to get better details.
3 - You can get the detailed information on every selected product such as the composition, colors and specific sizes available for that product.
4 - Once you have chosen the product you are interested in, you can add it to the shopping cart. Then you can either continue shopping or completing your order .
5 - Should you want to process your order, you have to specify the address where you want it to be delivered.
6 - Choose the payment method: Visa, Visa Electron,MasterCard, Maestro, American Express, Paypal...
7 - Confirm the order .
8 - Finally, you will receive an order confirmation email.
5. WHAT HAPPENS IF AN ITEM IS SOLD OUT?
If an item is sold out, we’ll replace it ASAP. If you want to know when it will be available again in our online store, we can send you an email by simply selecting "EMAIL", beside the word “sold out” in the product/color/size desired.
If you want to order a large number of pairs, we suggest you to contact us at: info@okaaspain.com and we’ll process your particular order specifically.
6. WILL I GET THE SAME PRODUCT THAT I SEE IN THE PICTURE?
Yes, excepting customized products we make for you, since they are handcrafted and they may suffer some slight variation in their finishes.

15. THE PRICES, ARE VAT INCLUSIVE?
- All prices in OKAASPAIN include VAT (IVA in Spanish).
- In the case of specific taxes such as those applied in the CANARY ISLANDS, GIBRALTAR, CEUTA, MELILLA and ANDORRA, prices will be shown without VAT and local taxes and customs formalities will be charged at the time of delivery.
- For NON-EU countries orders, the VAT will be deducted from the price.
16. WHICH ITEMS ARE INCLUDED IN THE BILL?
- For Spain, the Balearic Islands and mainland Portugal, the prices stated in the bill before finishing the process of the order include transportation costs only.
- The DUAS (SADs) and local taxes to be generated for the CANARY ISLANDS, GIBRALTAR, CEUTA, MELILLA and ANDORRA, will be charged at the time of delivery. In the shipping rates section we'll give you guidance on the costs regarding customs' Single Administrative Documents (SAD).
- For NON-EU countries, the prices and the final bill include transportation costs only. They do not include the costs of customs, duties or local taxes that may arise.

17.WHERE CAN I GET MY ORDER?
You can receive your order at the address you choose: home, work, holiday place, etc. excepting a P.O. Box. We do not make deliveries on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.
If you want to make a gift, add the shipping address when processing the order.
We can not deliver orders in countries different to those in which the purchase was made.
At the time of delivery of the order, you have to sign the carrier's delivery note and keep a copy of it. This will be essential for you to claim in case the product was damaged during shipping or for any other claim or incidence.
18. HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?

20. WHAT HAPPENS IF THE ORDER ARRIVES WHEN I'M NOT AT HOME OR AT THE ADDRESS I SPECIFIED FOR DELIVERY?
21. HOW CAN I MAKE A SIZE PRODUCT CHANGE, A COLOR PRODUCT CHANGE OR A MODEL PRODUCT CHANGE ?
If you want to make an exchange for a new size, color or model through the site for orders placed and made with shipping in the Peninsula (Spain + Portugal) and the Balearic Islands, we indicate you the steps in the site:
- You must enter your customer account in our online store www.okaaspain.com with your username and password.
- Select the icon of EXCHANGES.
- Choose the order number on which you want to process an exchange and choose
between the following possibilities:
1- CHANGE OF SIZE OR COLOR, LEFT BUTTON
2- CHANGE OF MODEL, RIGHT BUTTON
- Follow the instructions on the screen to process your order change, it is very easy and fast. Remember that before finalizing the process you can also add an order together with your exchange request, by clicking on the ADD A PURCHASE icon, before finalizing the process, so that we can process it all together and receive it in a single shipment.
- Put the articles in their original box, and this in turn inside a closed plastic bag to avoid damage during the return transport. The courier will put the label on the plastic bag when they collect the shipment.
- Once we receive the exchange request, it will be sent to the courier in 24/4 business hours. Please check that all the data and the collection address are correct to avoid delays in the collection.

The term to make an exchange is 15 days from the date of receipt of the merchandise.
For exchanges of international orders or with shipping outside the Peninsula and the Balearic Islands, please send an email to cambiosydevoluciones@okaaspain.com, and they will send you the instructions for sending the products for their exchange.
To accept the changes items must be in perfect condition and not damaged or altered. The return shipping shall be made in the same packaging you received, if not, the item could be depreciated and the total amount to return it should be reduced it.
We won’t accept changes of damaged or used shoes.
We don´t accept exchanges or returns in shocks, tights and bows for hygiene reasons once unsealed the order after the delivery.
The transportation costs of the changes are Free for the Peninsula (Spain and Portugal) and the Balearic Islands.
Moreover, in areas where you have to pay custom fees associated with the managing of the exchange such as SADs, import tariffs, etc. such as in CEUTA, MELILLA, GIBRALTAR, ANDORRA or THE CANARY ISLANDS, these will be in charge of the customer.
22. SPECIAL CONDITIONS OF PRODUCT CUSTOMIZATION. DESIGN YOUR SHOES.
Through our DESIGN YOUR SHOES (DIY) section, you can place customized orders. A craftsman workshop made available you.
We created this service to provide you with the experience of designing and customizing your own shoes by choosing the shapes, colors, qualities and soles, so within an approximately 30 day period we’ll be able to send your order, made especially for you by our craftsman suppliers, together with the 100% made in SPAIN guarantee. A luxury that OKAASPAIN.COM makes available for you and, most importantly, at an affordable price.
If you need the shoes before the period above mentioned, let us know and we will try to help you.
With the shoes configurator, you can have models for everything you need, such as weddings, baptisms, outfits, gifts, etc.
You can place your orders at anytime and whenever you want to, just like if you bought any item from our current stock. You can also buy, at the same time, an item from our online shop and place an order in the shoes configurator. You will get two separate invoices, one for your customized design and another one for the purchase made in our online store.
The delivery time for customized orders is about 30 days since the order was placed. If you need to get your order sooner, let us know and we will do our best in order you receive it on time. Once we’ve sent you the order shipping confirmation email, you will have to refer to the transit times listed in the section of delivery times for the area or country the package is going to be shipped to.
The payment methods for customized orders are the same as the above stated payment methods that OKAASPAIN.COM accepts, excepting cash on delivery, which won’t be accepted as payment method for customized orders.
Prices are displayed when you select each model to be designed. Everyone has its own price and always keep our premise of quality at an affordable price with the 100% made in SPAIN guarantee. The remaining invoice items such as VAT, etc., are exactly the same as in a standard purchase at OKAASPAIN.COM. See the prices section.
There are no additional charges for customized orders.
Shipping rates for customized orders are the same that apply to normal purchases of the current stock found in the online store OKAASPAIN.COM. See the tables of transportations costs in the shipping rates section.
The pictures of the different qualities and colors are made to a very high quality in order to give you the highest realism possible. But since they are digital reproductions, there may be minor differences
You can see information regarding sizes in our sizes guide section. For each model we will give you its specific measures. Since the suppliers we work with for customized orders are the same for the regular stock of OKAASPAIN.COM, there won’t be differences on the size charts for each model.
The refund of customized orders will only be accepted if the item has been damaged while in transit, or in the case it does not correspond to the selected size, model or color. In these cases, the return will be in charge of OKAASPAIN.COM, and we will do our best to serve your order as soon as possible, or you may request immediate refund.
For other situations NO returns or changes will be accepted.

With OKAASPAIN.COM you can place your order, both from the regular stock of the store or from the shoes configurator, to make a special gift.
At the time of completing and processing the order, check the box “FOR GIFT” and, we’ll wrap it for gift and include a card with your personal message as well, so it will be delivered to the person you want to. This way you can turn a gift into a really special detail. Just add and select the shipping address you want to at the time of processing the order.
